Our laser cutting and punching department is equipped with state-of-the-art standalone technologies to ensure continuous cycle processing thanks to the integration of dedicated automatic storage systems.
Ros relies on the most prestigious brands and the most reliable systems, such as Trumpf and Amada, able to cut thicknesses up to 25 mm and working ranges up to 2000x4000 mm.
We work with steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet metal, aluminium, copper and brass, amongst others.

- Trumpf L5030 Fiber 12000 Watt laser cutting system, complete with automatic storage system, working range 3000x1500 mm.
- Trumpf L5040 Fiber 8000 Watt laser cutting system, complete with automatic storage system, working range 4000x2000 mm.
- Trumpf L3030 Fiber 3000 Watt laser cutting system, complete with automatic storage system, working range 3000x1500 mm.
COMBINED CUTTING AND PUNCHING
Punch and laser combination machine Amada EML 3610NT with 2500W laser, automated loading and unloading, max. cutting size 3000x1500x6 mm.
PUNCHING
Automatic punching machine Amada VIPROS 2510 King with automated loading and unloading, max. cutting size 2500X1250 mm, 20 tonnes.
