Our in-house technical department is made up of competent professionals with the ideal transversal skills to design or refine any project, and make prototyping more effective and industrialisation more efficient.
Our technical department uses powerful hardware systems and the most advanced software in the industry, such as Solid Edge. In 2018, a new CAM solution was adopted that perfected the prototyping, development, production and nesting processes, resulting in significant raw material savings, cost reductions and shorter production times.

Our specialized operators use state-of-the-art systems for optimal workplace conditions. Our manufacturing capabilities include laser cutting and automated punching, press bending with robotic cells and manual stations, automated and manual welding, turning and milling, powder coating, and assembly of parts.
Our company also provides all ancillary processes and surface treatments, including zinc plating, nickel plating, chrome plating, burnishing, polishing, cataphoresis, and anodizing using a well-established network of reliable and qualified partners.

Our work requires absolute precision and perfection in the details, replicated without error throughout series of thousands of pieces.
We have a metrology room dedicated to quality control and ensure compliance with the tolerances defined by our customers’ design specifications. Our metrology room is equipped with high-precision software and hardware instruments, such as the most advanced Hexagon measuring systems from the prestigious Absolute Arm range.
The quality and compliance of the incoming materials are guaranteed and verified by our reliable and certified suppliers.

We deliver everywhere in Europe, using our own vehicle fleet when required, always ensuring safe and fast carriage. Punctuality is one of our core values and strengths.
